The terms that apply when you use our website, request a quote or book electrical work with Elite Wire Tech.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of elitewiretech.com and any electrical services provided by Elite Wire Tech. By requesting a quote, booking a visit or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Elite Wire Tech provides electrical repair, wiring and rewiring, installation, commercial electrical work and safety inspections. The exact scope of any job is defined in the written quote or job sheet agreed with you. Website descriptions are general information and do not form a binding offer.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, the distribution board and the work areas at the agreed time. Please inform us of any known hazards, pets, restricted areas or building rules. If we cannot access the property at the booked time, a visit charge may apply.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects we may request a deposit for materials and staged payments as work progresses. Accepted payment methods are stated on your quote or invoice. Late payments may delay warranty support or further scheduling.
Materials supplied by us remain our property until paid for in full. Where you supply your own fittings or materials, you are responsible for their quality, suitability and manufacturer warranty; we will tell you if we consider them unsafe or unsuitable and may decline to install them.
We guarantee our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty covers defects in our installation work. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, alterations or repairs by others, supply voltage problems, lightning or power surges, or faults in customer-supplied items. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials.
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, data or income, or for pre-existing defects in the installation that were outside the agreed scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse our content, branding or images without permission, attempt to disrupt the website, or submit false or misleading requests through our forms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Elite Wire Tech is registered and operates. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it may be referred to the competent courts.
