◆ 01 · Booking & visits

Booking and visits

How to arrange a visit and what to expect on the day.

Call +880 1715-956823, email service@elitewiretech.com or use the service request form on our contact page. Tell us the problem, the type of property and a convenient time, and we will confirm a visit.

A short description of the symptoms, when they started, which rooms or circuits are affected and whether anything changed recently. Photos of the distribution board and the problem area are very helpful.

An adult should be present at the start to explain the problem and at the end for the hand-over. For longer jobs you are welcome to leave us to work once access has been agreed.

Our electricians carry common breakers, sockets, switches, cable and connectors. Specialist or large items are ordered after the diagnosis and installed on a follow-up visit.

◆ 02 · Pricing & payment

Pricing and payment

We keep pricing transparent from first call to final invoice.

A visit and diagnosis charge applies for most call-outs. It is confirmed when you book so you know it in advance.

Yes. After testing, you receive a written price covering labour and materials. Work begins only when you approve it.

We accept cash, bank transfer and popular mobile financial services. Payment details are confirmed on your quote and invoice.

Not for work that was already quoted. If an additional fault is discovered, we explain it and provide a separate price before doing anything extra.

◆ 03 · Safety & emergencies

Safety and urgent problems

What to do when something feels wrong.

If it is safe, switch off the affected circuit or the main switch at the board, unplug nearby appliances and keep people away. Do not touch scorched fittings. Then call an electrician.

No. A breaker trips to protect the circuit. Resetting it repeatedly without finding the cause can lead to overheating or damage. One reset to test is fine; repeated trips need investigation.

Yes. Even a mild shock indicates a fault, often with earthing. Stop using the appliance, switch off the circuit and have the installation tested as soon as possible.

Call us and describe the situation. We prioritise genuine safety risks such as burning smells, exposed live parts and complete power loss, and will advise you on immediate steps while we arrange a visit.

◆ 04 · The work itself

Repairs, wiring and installation

Details about how we carry out the job.

Always. Every circuit we work on is tested for insulation resistance, continuity, polarity and earthing as appropriate, and switched on in front of you.

Yes, our workmanship is covered for a defined period stated on your invoice. Materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Faults caused by misuse, alterations by others or external supply problems are not covered.

Yes. Tell us which brands or ranges you prefer and we will advise whether they are suitable. We can also recommend reliable options at different budgets.

We lay dust sheets, use vacuum extraction where practical when chasing walls and clean up at the end of each working day.
